How It Works

Bidding:  Bidding is very simple. Send an email to .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) with your name, address, phone number, email address and your bid for the lot you are interested in. The site will then be updated with the highest bid. Please note, as the auction progresses lots will be added and removed weekly, so check back for updates!

(Note: the minimum bid increment is $5.00. Bids and bidders are updated as frequently as possible. Additionally, most items can be shipped worldwide.)

Winning: If you are lucky enough to win your lot, we will contact you to let you know right away. Items will be available for pickup at our offices. Alternatively, once we receive your cheque in the mail, we can send you your package.

Literary Adventure Pack

Bid on a combined packaged including: 2 tickets to the opening hight gala of The Whistler Readers and Writers Festival and 2 tickets for Ziptrek Bear Ecotours.

Located at the heart of the Squamish Lilwat Cultural Centre, The Whistler Readers and Writers Festival will host an assortment of twenty guest authors, including Sarah Selecky, Miriam Toews and Wayne Johnston from October 14-16 marking the festival’s tenth year. Included with the tickets is a chance to be in direct discussion with guest authors, Madeline Sonik, Miriam Toews, Antanas Sileika, John Glenday, Angie Abdou, Randy Boyagoda, and Sarah Selecky in conversation with local writer Stephen Vogler. Each author will also read and discuss their latest work.

Note: Whistler Readers and Writers Festival tickets are not in physical form, Winners’ names will be listed on the festival house list and provided entry at the door.

Witness the original tour that made Ziptrek Ecotours famous hosting five zippiness joined by a network of suspension bridges, boardwalks and forest trails. Experience the stunning vistas of Whistler’s legendary Fitzimmons Creek.

Rick was one of thousands of young men who sought refuge in Canada to escape the Vietnam draft. But, when he takes in traumatized young American solder who is deserting his post in Iraq, Rick begins to understand how much our country has changed in forty years. Set in Tofino, BC, Shelter from the Storm is a play about love and loss that questions our notions of courage and cowardice.

Touchstone Theatre vouchers are valid for any “Shelter from the Storm” performances between May 31 to June 9, 2012

Pacific Theatre is a mid-size, professional theatre company that has been in operation since 1984, and in its current home since 1994. Pacific Theatre aspires to delight, provoke and stimulate dialogue by producing theatre that rigourously explores the spiritual aspects of human experience.
