Thank you Mink Chocolates
Mink Chocolates located in downtown Vancouver have a unique program called Mink Cares. This family-run chocolate cafe’s staff donate 100% of their tips to a different charity each month. In August 2009, the staff of Mink donated over $400 to the West Coast Book Prize Society. In return, each staff member received a tax receipt for their proportional share of the donation. As Mink says, “It’s [our] way of giving back to the community, and we gratefully thank all our customers for their generous support.”
